Dr. Leonard Rome, a biological chemistry professor, is trying to figure out how to put his own gold and jewels inside tiny, sub-cellular particles called vaults. Just 100 nm long, these abundant particles are proving to powerful allies to delivering vaccines and increasing the body’s ability to wage war against cancer.
