Opening statements begin this morning with the prosecution stating Rodriguez was seen “laying on top of (a Student)” December 15, 2023. The prosecution then showed pictures of the three-year-old children during their off-site interviews for the trial. One child alleged during their interview that Rodriguez “inserted his finger” into her.
