Reusable water bottle program intends to reduce dining waste on the Hill

Students can now use their own reusable bottles at takeout restaurants on the Hill. UCLA Dining Services launched a program this quarter encouraging students to use their own bottles instead of disposable cups. Read more...

Hybrid course and ’10 Questions’ series offer interdisciplinary answers about space

Space can be interpreted as humbling in size, an immense entity or as an oppressive, limiting force, said UCLA professors in a new lecture series. UCLA Health reneges on announced $5,000 housing stipend to resident physicians

Medical residents at UCLA said they received only a fraction of a $5,000 housing stipend that the David Geffen School of Medicine promised them. The David Geffen School of Medicine sent an email to residents and fellows in February announcing its first housing stipend, which was supposed to be $5,000 after taxes. Read more...
