UCLA community members discuss final draft of sustainability plan

UCLA released the final draft of its sustainability plan in December, following a decade of proposals for climate initiatives. The plan outlines the university’s goals to reduce its environmental footprint, including designing new buildings to outperform current energy efficiency standards and implementing automated systems to reduce energy use. UCLA professor panel discusses responses to Russian war in Ukraine

BlaQue fosters community, supports Black LGBTQ+ students

Black LGBTQ+ Bruins are finding community and connection at UCLA despite the challenges they face on campus and the shift to virtual learning. BlaQue, a student organization under the Queer Alliance at UCLA and the Afrikan Student Union, is a student organization centering the experiences of Black LGBTQ+ students and addressing the issues facing their communities.
