New BruinCards now have national suicide prevention hotline number printed on back

The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline number is now being printed on the back of all new BruinCards. Eduardo Solis, former Undergraduate Students Association Council general representative 3, made good on a 2018 campaign promise to include the NSPL number on the back of BruinCards. Read more...

UCPD safety report cites rise in sexual assault reports, fall in liquor violations

UCLA Bedari Kindness Institute established with $20 million grant

A new institute at UCLA aims to undertake research, engage in public outreach and educate students on kindness. Center for Health Management chair created following Centennial campaign donation

Powell Library’s bells ring in school year with playlist starring alumni’s music

The playlist for the campus’ bells will be slightly different this year. The Powell Library bell will be playing music written by UCLA alumni twice a day for the rest of the year, UCLA Library announced during a small ceremony on the front steps of the library on Thursday. Read more...
