UCLA’s Taiwanese American Union hosts annual culture event
He left his family in Taiwan four years ago to attend boarding school in Connecticut and an American college. Student injured by oven explosion in engineering building
A UCLA student was injured in an explosion while reportedly conducting an experiment in a lab in the Engineering V building Saturday evening, officials said. The student’s face, chest and neck were burned when an oven exploded at about 6:30 p.m., according to the Los Angeles Fire Department. Read more...
