Santa Monica man arrested twice by UCPD for alleged kidnapping, rape
This post was updated March 24 at 4:22 p.m. UCPD arrested a Santa Monica man Friday after he allegedly trapped two UCLA students in his vehicle and threatened them earlier this month. UC approves $298.2 million budget to convert LA building into UCLA Health complex
The UC Board of Regents approved a $298.2 million budget Wednesday to convert a Los Angeles building into a UCLA Health complex.
