WWNC, NWWNC disagree about implementation of bike lanes on Westwood Boulevard

Westwood’s two rivaling neighborhood councils are at an impasse over whether or not bike lanes should be implemented on Westwood Boulevard. Potential plans for UCLA-based rail station presented in LA Metro report

A transit rail station is likely to be built at UCLA in an upcoming project, according to a Los Angeles Metro feasibility report. UCPD increases electric scooter violation enforcement, citing rise in complaints

University police have ramped up enforcement of electric scooter violations since week five. UCPD Lt. Kevin Kilgore said more officers are patrolling campus and are ready to give citations or warnings to students that go through pedestrian zones and sidewalks while using e-scooters and bicycles.
