UCPD on lookout for two alleged sexual assaulters
University police are searching for two men who allegedly sexually assaulted a woman at a party Nov. 10. The woman was at a party on the 600 block of Gayley Avenue when the two men allegedly sexually assaulted her, according to a UCPD alert. Read more...

New operator looks to expand, diversify Westwood farmers market
A new operator for the Westwood Village Farmers Market has been working to diversify vendors, survey customer preference and ensure compliance. The Westwood Village Improvement Association, which oversees the market, replaced the former operator, Bautista Community Events, with Farmer Mark in June. Read more...

UCLA launches improved mobile app to request rides from campus van service
Students can now use an improved mobile application when requesting rides from the campus van service that picks them up in the evening. UCLA Transportation launched Safe Ride, an app that allows students to arrange rides with the Community Service Officers’ Evening Van Service, on Monday. Read more...

Questions arise about Persian Square in the Westwood Neighborhood Council
Several Westwood community members think a proposed neighborhood council should not include Persian Square while others believe the new council would benefit the Persian community. Westwood Forward, a coalition of students, business owners and homeowners created earlier in November, proposed subdividing the Westwood Neighborhood Council to better represent the interests of students and business owners near UCLA. UCPD searching for Keystone Avenue burglary suspect
