School tuition to increase with Proposition 38 I am responding to Max Roberts’ article, “Misconceptions distort Prop. 38,” (Daily Bruin, Viewpoint, Nov. 2). Like many people who talk about Proposition 38, the school voucher initiative, Roberts brought up the issue of what happens to the scholarship money from the $4,000 voucher if the private school the student chooses to attend charges less than that amount.
