May 4, 2011 – Sophomore golfer Tiffany Lua is the up-and-coming star of UCLA’s women’s golf team. Although younger than many of her teammates, Lua has proven she has what it takes to be a great golfer. It is still early in her career, but it seems that Lua is ahead of the cut. [1:24]

Tiffany Lua started swimming competitively at age four. When she was eight, her grandparents took her out for a day with their friends at the golf course. Read more...

Tiffany Lua is ranked No. 16 nationally and is one of the top golfers on the No. 2 UCLA women’s golf team. The sophomore has also competed in the Curtis Cup, which the U.S. won in June for the seventh straight year.

Rising senior point guard Jerime Anderson is the last of the “Fab Five” of the 2008 recruiting class, which was ranked No. 1 in the country. The recruiting class also included Drew Gordon, Jrue Holiday, J’mison Morgan and Malcolm Lee.



Baseball seeks win in rematch against Pepperdine

The last time it played Pepperdine, the UCLA baseball team was ranked No. 2 in the nation and was coming off of a series sweep of San Francisco. The Bruins laid the smackdown on the Waves, winning their fourth straight game, 9-0, to open the year. Read more...
