Football: Moore a bit shaky in return as starter

PASADENA “”mdash; Saturday’s game marked the one-year anniversary of quarterback Matt Moore’s first complete game. Now he’s got two games under his belt. In his first return as a starter against Arizona State, true sophomore Moore completed 14 of 28 passes for a career high 190-yards, leading the Bruins to a 20-13 win over the Sun Devils. M. waterpolo: Wins over Cal, Pacific fuel water polo for weekend play

Sporting a sparkling 2002 women’s water polo championship ring, coach Adam Krikorian gave his team a speech about the significance of the upcoming weekend. The men’s team hasn’t reached the championship plateau since 2000, and Krikorian emphasized maintaining focus on the next two games against UC Santa Barbara on Saturday and rival USC on Sunday rather than looking into the future.
