Not to say the UCLA student body was starved for a victory against USC, but not even the Donner Party was this hungry. After four consecutive football losses at the hands of the Trojans and Wednesday’s deflating defeat in men’s basketball, the UCLA women’s basketball team enacted a measure of revenge, defeating USC at Pauley Pavilion on Sunday, 72-64. UCLA gymnasts leap over Utah

The No. 1 UCLA women’s gymnastics team made history on Friday night when they defeated No. 4 Utah. Competing without head coach Valorie Kondos Field looking on (she missed the trip due to neck and back problems), the Bruins (3-0) found a way to end the Utes NCAA-record, 170-meet home winning streak.
