UCLA baseball players compete against, alongside teammates in summer leagues

This post was updated August 7 at 8:52 p.m. Baseball season may be over, but the Bruins are still taking swings and making pitches. Across the country, UCLA baseball players are temporarily ditching the blue and gold to play in collegiate summer leagues for numerous teams, including the Fond du Lac Dock Spiders of the Northwoods League and the Cotuit Kettleers of the Cape Cod Baseball League. UCLA golfers represent home countries at international tournaments

For some Bruins, the offseason doesn’t mean time off. International members of the UCLA women’s and men’s golf teams recently represented their home countries in the European Ladies’ Amateur Championship and the FISU World University Golf Championships, respectively, from July 20 to July 23. Under Armour agrees to over $67M settlement in UCLA lawsuit
