UCLA men’s basketball defeats Utah in 2nd Pac-12 game of season

This post was updated Dec. 31 at 7:27 p.m. The Bruins squeaked past the Utes in the second Pac-12 game for both teams. UCLA men’s basketball (6-2, 2-0 Pac-12) came out with a win over Utah (4-2, 1-1) 72-70 on Thursday at Pauley Pavilion. Read more...

Men’s basketball returns to Westwood for two home games following postponements

The Bruins are coming home and have the chance to begin Pac-12 play 3-0. UCLA men’s basketball (5-2, 1-0 Pac-12) returns to Westwood for games against Utah (4-1, 1-0) and Colorado (6-2, 0-1) Thursday and Saturday, respectively. Read more...

Men’s basketball game against Oregon postponed over COVID-19 tracing protocols

Add the Ducks to the list of Bruin postponements. UCLA men’s basketball’s (5-2, 1-0 Pac-12) game against No. 25 Oregon (6-1, 1-0) has been postponed indefinitely because of COVID-19 contact tracing protocols relating to the game officials. Read more...

Osa Odighizuwa becomes second UCLA football player to declare for 2021 NFL Draft

Another one bites the dust.  UCLA football’s redshirt senior defensive lineman Osa Odighizuwa announced on social media that he declared for the 2021 NFL Draft. He will forego the extra year of eligibility given to all NCAA student-athletes this season because of the COVID-19 pandemic.  Odighizuwa played in all seven games this year, and was honored before kickoff at the Rose Bowl before UCLA’s final contest against Stanford along with fellow redshirt senior Demetric Felton – who declared for the NFL Draft Sunday.
