ASUCLA looking to raise revenue at Bruin Custom Print

Gene Block forms council on immigration to discuss Trump’s impact

A new UCLA council will advise the chancellor on how to help the immigrant community on campus, Chancellor Gene Block announced Wednesday. Officials created the Chancellor’s Advisory Council on Immigration in response to President Donald Trump’s administration’s immigration ban revision, Block said in an email to students and faculty. UCLA Anderson to offer new business analytics program in fall

The UCLA Anderson School of Management will offer a degree in business analytics beginning in the fall. The new 13-month program is designed to create expertise in extracting useful analytics from troves of data available in business, said Judy Olian, Anderson School of Management dean. Read more...

Student government launches text service for UCLA-related questions

Students can now text a number to get instant answers about campus food, study and rental facilities. A new text service with information on topics such as dining hall hours, study location hours, library rentals and John Wooden Center hours launched Monday. Read more...

UCLA dentistry employee involved in rape allegation in Title IX report

One of the sexual harassment reports released by the University of California on Tuesday involved a rape allegation against a UCLA employee. An undergraduate student, whose name was redacted in the report, alleged Tarundeep Sandhu, a former UCLA School of Dentistry employee, raped the student while she was intoxicated after going out to a bar together.
