UCLA Division of Social Sciences holds panel on racial inequality

Deficit from JazzReggae Festival largest in past decade

The JazzReggae Festival’s loss of $120,844 last year was the largest in the past decade because of declining ticket revenues and mounting facility costs. About $113,000 of the deficit was paid for with money from the Undergraduate Students Association Council 2013-2014 surplus, which councilmembers allocated Tuesday night. Read more...


UC announces new sustainability fellowship, internship program

UCLA will receive $7,500 from the University of California Office of the President for a new sustainability fellowship and internship program announced Wednesday. USAC votes to change surplus distribution formula, invest in endowment
