UCLA community members discuss final draft of sustainability plan

UCLA released the final draft of its sustainability plan in December, following a decade of proposals for climate initiatives. The plan outlines the university’s goals to reduce its environmental footprint, including designing new buildings to outperform current energy efficiency standards and implementing automated systems to reduce energy use. Indoor mask mandate will be lifted in LA County beginning March 4

Los Angeles residents will no longer be required to wear masks indoors – regardless of vaccination status – starting Friday. The LA County Department of Public Health announced Thursday that it would lift the indoor mask mandate because of lower COVID-19 transmission. Read more...
