International students speak on how they are impacted by COVID-19

Professors reorganize, students adjust to first week of online classes

Three more test positive for COVID-19 in UCLA community

Three additional members of the UCLA community tested positive for the novel coronavirus in two days, according to university officials. None of the three UCLA community members have been on campus for at least two weeks, the amount of time it takes for most patients to show symptoms of COVID-19, the disease caused by the coronavirus. UCLA works to secure online learning environments after ‘Zoombombing’ disruptions

UCLA officials are taking steps to avoid recent “Zoombombing” incidents in which people interrupt online lectures with vulgar audio and chat messages. The university is working on providing support to students and faculty who were verbally attacked during the incidents, which took place during the first week of spring online instruction, Chancellor Gene Block said in a campuswide email Wednesday.
